Question for Pokemon Emerald
How do I catch Latias? I could not catch him the first time I ran into him and now everytime I try to go where he is at according to the pokedex he moves.

Well you either got to keep chasing him and eventually be in his area or you can fly into random places an check the pokedex and find out his patterns and fly to where he will go next.

Get a Wobbuffet who's level is atleast 10 levels higher then Latias/Lotios. Wobbuffet has a special ability called "Shadow Tag" this will trap a foe in battle, but if Wobbuffet were to faint then the Pokemon would be able to escape. Make sure Wobbuffet is on a high enough level to dish out Latias/Lotios's attacks. Golbat and Crobat could use Mean Look to trap them in battle, but that is not recommended since they are weak against Psychic attacks.
