Question for Pokemon Emerald
1. What does the Mystery Gift do?
2. I deleted the TM Secret Power after establishing my secret base, thinking I could still get in it. Is there any way I can buy it somewhere or get it back?
3. Is there a cheat where I can get infinite items in Emerald?

1. If your not at a nintendo event than nothing as far as I can tell
2. You can buy it in slateport at the outdoor market
3. Probably but I don't know it

You can buy TM Secret Power at Slateport.
There should be cheats for infinite items but I don't know any.
