Question for Pokemon Emerald

Once again I have some questions.
One:I have been wanting to go to Mirage Island but everytime I go to the house in Mossdeep City and ask the man if he sees it he says no.I remeber reading somewhere you have to have a certian Pokemon in your party.What Pokemon do I need?

Two:After you defeat the Elite Four you end up having three fans in the Trainer Fan Club.But there are still about five people there who don't like you.What do you have to do to get more fans?

1. Each Pokemon has a secret number. Every day the game chooses a random number. If the number chosen matches any of the pokemons secret numbes in your party you can go to Mirage island.
2. Those 5 people don't become your fans, they become the fans of people you have mixed records with, if you don't mix records they will be Stevens fans.

2. You Can Get The Other People To Like You By Mixing Records With You Friends Via Link Cable
