After Regice, go to Fortree City and get on Route 120. Go down the route until you see a ledge after the tall grass
maze. Jump over it and cross the bridge. Then go to the nerd, battle him and go left onto the stairs and into the tall grass. After that, go onto the other stairs and go into the cave that has the opening. Follow the text. It says:
For those who inherit our will, shine in the middle.
That means use FLASH in the middle of the cave. Then go in the door that opened up to Registeel and get him.
