Question for Pokemon Emerald

I'm stuck on Pike Queen Lucy. I just can't seem to beat her, is my team good enough?
Blaziken lvl 81: Knows Strength, Fire Blast, Double Kick, and Blaze Kick
Sceptile lvl 81: Knows Leaf Blade, Cut, Solarbeam, and Secret Power
Umbreon lvl 80: Knows Moonlight, Pursuit, Quick Attack, and Psychic
I also have a Alakazham I could switch with Umbreon. If you have any suggestions please tell me, she's beat me 5 times now.

your team is great, but if you level up your pokemon you can beat pike queen!

If you have a Water Pokemon you can support each others weaknesses. Plus Strength is a bad move for Blaziken put in Sky Uppercut.
Secret Power depends on the Pokemon you should tell it to get Razor Leaf but your choice.
Umbreon should replace Pursuit with another Physic. It does only 40 damages and a little more if the enemy is about to switch out which is impossible to tell.

Your team is ok but in battle fronteir you'll go much farther with type matching, so yes dump umbreon for alakazam and change blaziken for a steel or fighting type that isn't weak to water. You might get better results if you change sceptile for an electric type but it's really up to prefrence.

What you really need is stronger moves. Double kick doesn't really have enough power. Steel has iron tail which is really strong and might work better. Solarbeam is only really useful if sunny day is going. Psychic is only really useful on a psychic type like alakazam.

Get a strong water too it will help and what level is her Pokemon on if it is less then you then it should be no problem.
