Question for Pokemon Emerald

I know I'm probably bugging everybody now with all of my questions, but can somebody tell me how I get latios at southern island because when I warp there nothing is there not even after I read the rock in the middle and I have my latias.

You can only get a latias (or latios) once. Unless you have more than one Eon Ticket
