How do you get team magma and team aqua's emblam.

You only get Magma Emblem. To get it, follow the Magmas and Aquas up to the point at which you find the Aquas at Mount Pyre, and the people tending to the Orbs will give you the Magma Emblem.

WHen you go Mt Pyre where Team Aqua+Magma steal the two orbs one of Team Magma leave behind an Emblam which the old man will give you
You can't get the Team Aqua emblam

You can only get Magma's Emeblem, and it's atop Mt. Pyre. Once you get it, go to Mt. Chimney and continue on to Jagged Pass. Just go down it until something happen.
