How do I get the three regis becuase I just unlocked there caves but there not there?
And what do I do in altering cave?

When you get into a cave, go to the back of the chamber. Press A. It's braille. Translate it or just do one of these: Go into the middle of the room and use flash, start from the braille spot and run around on the most outer part of the cave, or from the braille, walk down two steps and then walk two steps to the right, (if it's not right then it's left) then use rock smash. I forgot which ones go to which. And I have no clue what you do in Altering Cave. But, listen to the music in there, sound familiar?

The Regi's are very "easy" to get. You said you unlocked the caves and, nothing's there. Well did you look behind the wall with the '"secret" code on it? It really it just braile. Nothing special. So if you go online and look up braile letters you can open the chamber. Hope I helped!
P.S. DON'T USE THE MASTER BALL!!!!! SAVE IT FOR LATER PKMN.....

A.Once youv'e opened the caves to the regis you have to perform special "tasks"
1.Regi steel: walk into the middle of the cave and use flash
2.Regirock: I have forgotten the exat location but try useing rock smash in every place(i believe it's left left down down)?
3. Regiice: (I found this complecated but my friend didn't) talk to the writing then run around the side (1 time no more no less )of the cave without stopping at all if you mess up go out of cave then go back in and repeat.
B. I'm wondering about the Altering cave as well...

Did you read the braille and do the extra tasks to get to the center? That might be your problem. Altering cave isn't useful at all unless you use an AR and decide what Pokemon appear there.

You have to do something inside each cave to make them appear. Get an AR and decide what Pokemon appear in there.

You have to have a relicanth and a wailord and put the wailord first and the relicanth last.
If you already did that and read the braille then I don't know what your supposed to do sorry :'(
