Where do you find Deoxys?! Because I am confused!!!!!

You need to use the Mystery Gift option at a Nintendo Event and download a Aurora Ticket. Once you have this key item travel by boat to Birth Island.

You would have to go to a Nintendo Event to get Deoxys. But if you ever could get to one, the people up there would put your game in a machine that would give you the Aurora Ticket on your game. Then you can travel to Birth Island to catch Deoxys. Go to Pokemon.Com for precise dates on when there will be Nintendo Events and where they would be. Your second option would be to get a cheat device such as gameshark sp and use it to catch Deoxys.But be careful, if you don't go to the island to catch Deoxys, it will not obey.

You get deoxys on Birth Island... Using the aurora ticket, which has to be gotten through a special nintendo event :-\... You could always cheat for it though(with action replay/gameshark/codebreaker/other cheat device).

Look, just don't listen to those people that say you need to go to a Nintendo Event to get Dexoys, Mew, etc. Just buy an Action Replay and you may get the codes for Deoxys and all those other rare Pokemon on this website. Please! Stop making it hard on yourselves.
