Question for Pokemon Emerald

I've got all of the tickets and the Old Sea Scroll, but how do I use them? I figgured I go to the ship and it'll have those as potions to go to, but they dont. I've beaten the Elite 4 BTW, and have the SS ticket.

Second question, what is the actual code for JIRACHI? I put it into my AR because I know I can't get him any other way (well I can't because I odn't have GC or COllesum) so I tried it and I got a sunflower looking pkmn
