Question for Pokemon Emerald

Is there a cheat to not have to do the whole bike thing to get the fossil in Mirage
Tower?
I can't do it
And how do you type in cheats
Like when people give you numbers
And for the berrycrusher do you have to have a specific wireless cable in the Pokemon center.
Mine doesn't work
Or do you need a cable cord?
