How do you get feebas in the first place? It never appears in the area where you can catch it.

Well
You find a feebas route 119 using a super rod.
It is rare because it toke me about a day to find one

Feebas only appears in6 random spots on route 119 those spots change depending on the phrase in Dewford town so if you have the same phrse as your friends it wont be in the same spot he/she caught it.

It's a Rare Pokemon, you need the Super Rod and lots of time on your hands if you look for that Pokemon, that's the only way I know of catching it without using cheat codes.
Also I got a question, has anyone found out if there is a Cheat Code for Shiny Pokemon yet? If you know it please E-mail me your reply.

Feebas is a pretty hard Pokemon to capture but it's worth it just battle someone with it and use it's information to fish around the area it is located. I caught my Feebas with a good rod(but super rod works just as well).

Check in diffrent spots and febas moves to diffrent spot evrytime you change the hip hop thing in dewford
