Question for Pokemon Emerald

If I restart my Pokemon Emerald game, can I still migrate my Pokemon to my Pokemon Diamond game without having to battle the Elite Four?

Comment:(Mar 3 2013) For those of you who have the same question as me, I found the answer to my question. Yes, you can still migrate, but you have to have at least six Pokemon in your PC.

Yes, you can still migrate your Pokemon. However, you will lose all of your current Pokemon if you start a new game.

Also, you must have at least six Pokemon in your PC in your new game before you can migrate them over.

Hope this helps!
