Question for Pokemon Emerald
I'm just now playing my GBA SP again and would like to have both Latis on Emerald, along with the other Pokemon like Deoxys, etc. I already have Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, and Latias. Since the events have passed. Before I go spend money on a Gameshark device, could I download Gameshark, connect my GBA SP to my computer, and then enable the codes from the computer onto my Gameboy Advance SP? The videos I see are about VBA and don't include the original devices. I've also looked at Action Replay, could I do the same thing as I asked about Gameshar?

It isn't possible to download an Action Replay or Gameshark on your computer. You must buy the devices in order to use them.
VisualBoy Advance is an emulator (online version of the game). An online version can use cheat codes without the devices because they are a download, not an actual copy of the game.
