You must go to a pokemart and fill out the questionnaire on his desk and put link together with all then you must have a nintendo event which they don't have anymore for the older generations but you can still mix records with a friend who has it.

Since all the events have past for Emerald the only way to get to Navel Rock is by a Gameshark code if you have an Emulator (which is on the PC) here is a Gameshark code to got to the islands and also the Maste code which has to be on at all times

This possibly might be a fake some people say it is but they haven't tried it and some people say it does work.
The video is by MunchingOrange one of the most famous Pokemon Youtubers that is why I gave you the link he usually doesn't troll

Can anyone walk me through actually adding emerald onto my action replay for gba, NOT emulator. The AR came pre loaded with ruby and sapphire when I bought it years ago, not emerald. I have tried every "glitch" to a T and cannot get to navel rock. Also, every video I find or codes are for the emulator, I just want to know how to add them manually to my AR so that it recognizes that there is a new game interested, and the codes to run it on

You have to go on ferry from Lilycove after have Mysticticket first. Then continue use the ferry, other places will appear.
