Question for Pokemon Emerald
1. How do I get Eon Ticket on Ruby or Sapphire?
2. Is it ture if you complete the entire National Dex (excluding Deoxys) and you go to the Hotel in Lilycove City and talk a guy upstairs that he tells you where Jirachi is? : )

2 No just go to the space station in mossdeep and they'll let you ride the next spaceship to space where Jirachi is.
