They can be found in the same places as in Ruby and Sapphire, but there are changes to how to gain access. In front of the final inscription in the Sealed Chamber you now must place Wailord in front and Relicanth in back. To open the door to Regirock you must read the inscription in the Desert Ruins, walk two paces left, walk two paces down, and then use Rock Smash. To get to Regice you need to run a full lap along the perimeter of the first chamber in the Island Cave. And to get to Registeel you now must use Flash in the centre of the first chamber of the Ancient Tomb.
