Question for Pokemon Emerald

I have the Eon and Aurora tickets but were do I use them.
Ive beaten the elite4 but I still can't use them!

I think you have to use an A R code to be able to use them.

You should be able to take the ferry from Lilycove, but perhaps there are more things you must complete before you can use the tickets?(like getting the ferry running or getting the SS Tidal ticket from your dad after beating Elite 4) If they're not from Nintendo, but from AR or Gameshark, they may not work at all(bad codes?). If so, and you have AR, try some warp codes to get to the Islands-I know there are codes in the AR section that worked w/a little tweaking.....
