The same thing happened to me. You just have to tweek the (m) codes so that they will work well with the other codes. I had to do a lot of tweeking! ( Catch a Sunflora while your at it. )

I had the same problem but I agree, you need to go to the codes sections and find some that work by entering them and trying them out. For R/S there are some excellent codes by GuitarPlayerx930(See the Ruby section) that ALL worked for me and there are all the good encounter codes. You can always trade them to Emerald(except Mew & Deoxys, that I know of)....Or try the ones listed in Emerald's AR section, there are alot, but I haven't tried them yet. Don't give up, have you tried the ones for the G/S/C Pokemon? The ones preloaded for LG worked in my AR, from Cleffa to the Legendary Dogs, Ho-Oh, Lugia, & Celebi at least, and all the item stuff (just be careful w/them, look at the results b/f you save or you might wipe out something important, like Key Items, etc.
