Question for Pokemon Emerald
I have some questions to ask:
1: How and where to you get Speed Deoxis?
2: Which fishing rod is the best for catching Feebas?
3: How do you catch a Celibi without cheats?
4: How does Altering cave work?
5: In the walkthrough book, it says you can trade a girl a Skitty to get a Meowth. Where is the girl that you can trade with?

1. In fr or lg you must get deoxys and it will transform into any form (Attack,Defense,Normal) and then you must trade to emerald
2.in route 119 use the old rod in any water spot but it's pretty hard
3.well all I know is go to a nintendo event ( I don't know were it is though sorry)
4.no clue sorry( post that in fire red or leaf green)
5.she is in the battle frontier

This is in reference to FEEBAS:(#2)
You should use the Super Rod IMO, but the trick to catching it isn't in the tool, it's in the method. There are 6 spots to fish on Rt. 119 (without surfing), Feebas will change from one of the six spots to another of them each time the catchy saying in Dewford town is changed. If you're having bad luck, just stick to the same spot but change the saying for better results.
