Question for Pokemon Emerald

I typed in the master for magic doors and the master for walking through walls.

I have a problem with both of them. 1. I typed in the Birth Island code and when I got their I did the puzzle the triangle broke and Deoxys came out when the battle started I used my master ball and caught it.

I went to go and go withdra (spelling?) it and in my box 2 it was filled with bad eggs. I went to go change the box but the froze.

It was the same as Ho-oh and Lugia.2. And for the walking through walls code it won't even let me even walk one square.

Please,please anwser ASAP!! (for people that don't know what ASAP means it means as soon as possible)

Uh, I dunno about those codes, but have you tried to make room in your party so when you catch a Deoxys or another Pokemon it doesn't need to go to the PC, it'll just go right into your party. That MAY solve the problem of freezing up...but I don't know from personal experience, just guessing it could work maybe...
Or, you can try using different codes. I've found many that work, and some that don't. It may be the AR version you have doesn't like those codes.
