Question for Pokemon Emerald
1. How do you get a Old Sea Chart?
2. In witch lv. Sandslash learns dig?
3. How can I get alle the rare Pokemon like Lugia, deoxys, latios/latias.
4. I want to catch a wailmer, so I use a super rod but I never catch a pokemon

1. I think you can get the sea map at a nintendo event but I used an action replay code to warp to the place and catch mew. The code is 82CBD483 7B9D8E0B. To activate this code you need the (M) code which can be found at this site and you need to get to the 6th badge and the HM fly because if you do this before that, after catching the Pokemon you'll have to get to the ferry to get to lylicove which is far away and you'll have to battle stronger trainers and you'll need some other HM moves to get back so do this after that
2. I evolved my sandrew but I haven't raised it. But you can teach it dig, there's a guy named fossil maniac in route 114 rigth next to fallarbor go to his house and talk to his little brother and he'll give you dig.
3. You can get legendary Pokemon at nintendo events but like I said before I used an action replay to warp to the place an catch it. The codes for deoxys is E5AC0043 E1C4C8F0, when you get there you'll have to solve a puzzle. You need to get the rock at the center of the island, Deoxys is lv. 40 .
The code for Lugia and Ho-oh is B5B9E5C0 B11CE872. When you get there go inside straight up and take the stairs left to find Ho-oh and take the stairs right to find Lugia they're both lv. 70. The code for latios and latias is still being discussed
In the forums so I guess you'll have to catch one of the lati on the wild because after defeating the elite 4 he/she will appea at random. After each battle he/she will run away but it won't regaing health so it takes patience to catch it.
4. When you fish the screen will say there's a bite at that time quickly press A keep doing that and the Pokemon will appear. There's also another thing wailmer can be found at the ocean not in ponds so try fishing there. There also the beach but I never tried I caugth mine in the ocean fishing after I surfed.

3. I don't know how if you don't have a Gameshark, but if you do, go to gameshark.com, and use these codes:
Wild PKMN Easily Caught
Battle Mew (L+Select)
Battle Deoxys (R+Select)
Battle Ho-oh (R+A+Select)
Battle Lugia (L+B+Select)
All Pokeballs
Then, you can get Master Balls for free (That happened for me, anyways)

2-Neither Sandshrew or Sandslash will learn Dig naturally, you must use the TM28 to teach it or give it through breeding.

4-You need to hit A button each time it says you have a bite until you catch it, unlike in FR/LG. Wailmer should be catchable off the shore of Lilycove and Mossdeep and MANY other places w/good or super rod.
