No you can not breed Latios and Latias because they have no gender.

Sadly, no. Latios and Latias may have genders, but because they are rare Pokemon, they can't breed. I origanaly thought they could breed too -- and that they were baby Lugias.

When I had emerald, I put them into the daycare and they gave me eggs (btw, Never used a cheating device, Cheating is for losers)
