Question for Pokemon Emerald

Is there anyway to get Totodile on Emerald, without using cheats and hack codes or Pokemon Colesseum? Because Feraligater is my favorite Pokemon.

Yes, get every Pokemon except for Jarachi and Deoxys.

P.S. You only need the Hoenn ones

Yes, after the news report about Latias and Latios, go to the lab. The professor will turn your Poke'dexinto a National dex. A strange man will call you and ask that you meet on the S.S.Tidal. Once you become championand register all 200 Pokemon (except Jirachi and Deoxys),vist the lab again.Prof. Birch will bestow you with Chikorita,Totodile or Cyndaquil.

I can i catch all pokemon using one cheat in pokemon emerald

Yes. You can get Totodile from Professer Birch after completing your Pokedex. You have to beat the Elite Four and get the National Dex (you have to have Ruby, Sapphire, Fire Red and Leaf Green to complete the Pokedex.

You have to complete the national dex you get after you beat the elite four.) Follow those steps, then talk to professer birch, and you can choose one of the three jotho region starters, one of which is Totodile.
