Go to any Pokemart and look beside the shopkeeper's table and you will see a clipboard. Go there and press "a" then write LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL.
The shopkeeper will say that you will be able to get mystery gift.

Go to a pokemart, then fill in the form on the pokemart's counter with "Link Together With All". You should press select while searching to make your search easier.
