It won't eat anymore after you have fed it until it levels up

Pokemon won't eat any more PokeBlocks because it has already met it's full potential using the PokeBlocks you used.
You might want to use the same colored PokeBlocks if you want to enter a contest or you want to get the Scarfs (that help your Pokemon reach thier full potential in the particular contest that you have fully stressed thier abilities) from the guy in the Pokemon Fan Club in Slateport.

You already have fed it to the max so you can't feed it anymore. If you want, you could just breed it with a ditto and then feed that Pokemon all over again from 0.
