Its when you go down that fire mountain place and a secret door should open while your going down it.

Fist you have to go to the top of Mt. Pyre and get the Magma emblem from the old lady. Then go down jagged pass andit will say "that boulder is reacting to the Magma emblem" then a hole will open up and you can go in.

Okay heres what you do. You have to get the Magma Emblem and go to were you battled them, the place where Archie stole the Meoterite and you battle them. Anyways you go down the Jagged Path and it will say a boulder is shaking in response of the Magma Emblem.

It is in the jaggd path near the fallabor town. You will need a magma enblem to get inside, which you can get at Mt.pyre after defeating team aqua there.
