Question for Pokemon Emerald
I have a couple questions:
1.What phrase do I need to make the girl in Rustburo laugh??
2.What TM is flamethrower?
3.When will the man in Pacilogd town say "I see Mirage Island"?
4.How do you get paintings to Lilycove's Art Museum??
5.How easy was it get through Sky Pillar because I thought it was kind of easy to get to Rayquaza.

3. It is very rare for him to say that. Almost random
4.Win the Master Rank in all of the contests and if your Pokemon in the contest gets over 20 hearts and is over Lvl. 35 and an artist will rush out and show you the picture and will ask where you want him to put it and you will say to the museum and there you go!
5.It was easy to get "to" Rayquaza but not to "catch" Rayquaza (Almost Imppossible)
