Question for Pokemon Emerald
Is seedot in emereld because I can't find it? And is there any Pokemon in sapphire or ruby that aren't in emereld?

Seedot is rarely found on Routes 102, 117, and 120.
Surskit (RS), Masquerain (RS), Meditite (RS), Medicham (RS), Roselia (RS), Zangoose (R), and Lunatone (S) are unavailable in Emerald without trading.
There are many Generation 1 and 2 Pokemon that can be found in Emerald but not Ruby or Sapphire.
Deoxys is in it's Speed Forme in Emerald, but Normal Forme in Ruby and Sapphire.

I heard Seedot has only a 1% chance to appear on route 102, 117, & 120. Or at least serebii net says it is "rare" usually meaning 5-1% chance of encounter.
