Please tell me where and how do you get the speed form of Deoxy!

Same thing as your other posted answer you will need to go to an Nintendo event and get the ticket and travel to birth island by ship.

You need to beat the elite 4 and after that, you need to go to the battle frontier which was the battle tower I'm not sure how you get the ticket.
I think you get the the ticket by either your mom or dad after you have the ticket go to the battle frontier and battle 7 trainers that are almost like the gym leaders.
They will be in diffrerent places. You will also get the map for it.
After you beat the 7 trainers ( more like elite gym leaders) speed deoxys will be available and I think you need to find him somewhere.
