The Exp. Share can be received from someone in Rustboro City in Pokemon Emerald.

You'll be sent on a mission to deliver a letter to Stone in the caves of Dewford Town. Once you've delivered the letter, go back to Rustboro and talk to the man at the top of the tallest building. Apologies, but I can't exactly remember what the business was called. If you talk to the person who told you to deliver the letter, he'll give you the EXP. Share.

the company is called devon corp it is in rustboro so u have to go and beat the gym then get brinneys wingull he will take you to the island and beat the gym there and go back to the devon corp for your reward
