How to get to fallabor town? I m stuck in rustboro city don't know where to go..

After you defeat the Rustboro City Gym Leader, you should head south on Route 104. Route 104 will run into Route 105. You should then head south on Route 105. Route 105 will run into Route 106. You should then head east on Route 106. If you do this, you will end up in Dewford Town. The Second Gym Leader can be found in Dewford Town.

I'm guessing that you accidentally exited Meteor Falls and ended up in Rustboro? Well, there's a Rusturf tunnel where all the Whismur dwell that links Rustboro with Verdanturf. But you need one that knows Rock Smash. If you don't, well sorry to break it to you, but you're screwed for eternity. Just go back to the previous saved game.
