Question for Pokemon Emerald
We have the japanese version of Pokemon Emerald, and I have all 8 badges.
Where is Rayquaza, I cannot find him or Groudon or Kyougre.
I have not battled the elite yet as I know I will then not be able to get the others.
Where do you get the ticket for Mew as well.

Rayquazza Is At Sky Pillar.
To Get Groudon & Kyogre You Need To Beet The Elete 4 1st.
You Get The Ticket For Mew At Wonder Spots.

I think rayquaza is at sky pillar (mach bike) next to the pacificlog town but groudon and kyogre are able to caugh after you beat elite4.
