Latos and Latas
I was wandering if any one could tell me were the southeren island is? I was also wandering were do you usually find them two in the wild?? Please help.

when you defeated the elite 4, there should've been a tv report about a pokemon flying through hoenn, you choose what colour it is blue (latios) or red(latias). the one you chose can appear in any area where wild pokemon can be found, excluding caves. it's just luck but when you find it, you can track it's location. To get to southern island, you must get an e-reader and activate an event, or you can swap records with someone who has an eon ticket on ruby, sapphire or emerald

if youve beat the elite 4 there should be a tv program about a flying creature in hoenn (the pokemon world in pokemon emerald) if you say blue itl be latios if red latias. After that you can find it in random places. I found it just west of lilycove city. The second lati can be found on southern island . Southern island can be accesed with an eon ticket you get from an event or if youre playing on an emulator you can use codebreaker codes. Hope it helped

If I remember correctly, they wander around the map randomly, depending on what your answer is to the question after you beat the E4.
