Sky Pillar Problem...
After splitting up with wallace in the cave of origin... The next thing i thought i should do was catch Rayquaza, and move on to the getting the last badge. So i warped to the top of sky pillar, and Cought Rayquaza... But when i came back to sootopolis everything was still the same (The leaders of each gang in front of the gym). So i warped to the bottom of sky pillar and scaled it. wallace went back to sootopolis. But when i talk to him in front of the cave of origin, He says that i STILL haven't climbed sky pillar (Even though Rayquaza is in my party). Is there any way to get around the last badge and go to Ever Grande city? Wallace wont go in the gym... Please Help!!

i think you gotta go to sootopolis first when they take groudon and kyogre then go to sky pillar

Did you use Action Replay or Gameshark to get to Sky Pillar? If so, you screwed up your game's story.

I think that I might have done the same thing if I hade a cheating device during story mode. My theory is that If you can enter the Gym, He will be in there, because he is essentially in 2 places at once. Also, I am certain that the Gym leader is Juan in Emerald. Are you using an AR or a Gameshark? I have a Gameshark Code (meaning 12 characters per line) For Surf, which moves you forward one space when you push (B Select). If you use it to get through him, you can enter the gym. And, If you already have it and don't care about the Trainers or puzzle, it can be used to cut through the gym easily.

Please note that overusing the Surf cheat may result in a Pokemon in your PC turning into a BAD EGG! Use the code only if you must, and check your PC before saving, to be on the safe side. *I lost my Regirock to that ummmm... Glitch?*nidhink1995 answered:
You should first surf to the island where sky pillar is situated then enter it. There wallace will be waiting for you.
He will open the door of sky pillar & he will fly to sootopolis.
Obviously it is hard to climb to the top of sky pillar normally. So you can use the wrap code and go to the top. At first Rayquaza will fly away.
Then return to sootopolis. Situations will get back to normal. After that you can again go to top of sky pillar and catch Rayquaza. (he will be there).

hold on I used the rayquza encounter code and it never works because it keeps glitching out before i can battle itJaeg answered:

My problem was I used a warp code earlier in the game before the Soot Gym in the story, so Ray flew away. Then when I got to this part, and everyone is frozen and nothing I can do will make anyone move in front of the cave or gym...

Lol wallace isnt the gym leader in sootroplis. The gym leader is Juan. Go talk to steven. Then go to the gym of sootroplis.
