Getting to Navel Rock

How can i get to navel rock? I have the pass, but the lady won't let me go.

I am not sure, but there is an awesome pokemon website called serebii.net. Go there and look for pokemon emerald on the left. Once on the pokemon emerald page, look for navel rock. It should help.

If you used an action replay to get the ticket then just the Navel Rock ticket code won't work. AFter you get the ticket, use this cheat:

E961B0C7
750B1250

This is the Navel Rock enabler code. This will make the Auruaticket you got work. Once you use this the lady in Lilycove (not slateport) will see it and another sailor will come out and take you to the island. you catch lugia and Ho-oh here. Also all the other ticket codes will require an enabler to work right.

HINT: use the itemfinder after you catch ,K.O ,or flee from Ho-oh for something special.

(Note: You only need to use this cheat once and the auruaticket will work forever. Once you boot your game with this code save immiditly and then shut your system off and turn off this cheat)

How about birth island and faraway island?
I have the same problem I have the tickets but they don't work please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used the enabler code, yet I still can't get the lady to acknowledge my pass. Not sure why though, any ideas?
