What cheat is there to get to mirage island,with only a game boy advancd sp and the game cause I don't have a game shark or any type of links and if any body can tell me about the Pokemon events because I've never been to one and on Pokemon .com I need a trainer id to enter tournaments so some body help me out,please.

If you don't even have a cheating device, there's no way you can use a cheat. Period.

I think you mean a "glitch", because without a cheat device, you can't cheat or hack the game.
And unfortunately, no, there are no glitches that can take you to mirage island. Just go talk with the old man in pacifidlog and try doing it with different ID Pokemon each time(turn off the device so it doesn't save), and you'll eventually get to see the island.
