You are referring to the 3 Regis. Regice is located in Route 105; Regirock is in the Desert; and Registeel is in Route 120. So now you know where which Regi is in which place, you are going to need a Relicanth and a Wailord. Go to Pacifidlog Town and Surf west and into the currents and there should be a open surface. Use Dive down there and you'll enter up in the Sealed Chamber with lots of braille. Go to the end of the cave and make your way to the one in the middle and use the move Dig to unlock a second room and make sure your Relicanth is in the first Pokemon slot and your Wailord is in the last. Then talk to the big boulder and an earthquake will occurr causing the Regis' caves to open up. When you reach inside one of the caves, you will have to perform a specific requirement.

Regice - Run laps around the edges of the walls until the door opens.

Regirock - Go up to the braille inside and go two steps west and three steps down and use Rock Smash and the door should unlock if you used it on the correct spot.

Registeel - Use the move Flash in the center of the room (four steps down from the middle of the braille) and the door will open.

Hoped I helped.
