At the island(I forgot it's name) that's full of Duskulls, the one that's between Safari Zone and Lilycove city.
You have to walk to the top of the tower.

You can get them in Mt. Pyre. Just go to the top of the tower and you can see there a hole. Go to the hole and in this case, you will go back to the previous floor. But you will see an item. Get it and it's one of the incenses. Go to the other holes and you can get the other incenses. But be careful, there are some floors with two holes. Always choose the lower ones.
