You know those little pools around Route 117?
Fish there with a Super Rod,and voila!A Corphish will appear!

Go to pedalberg city and go next to the gym (where the body of water is). And use a super rod. He/she should pop up somewhere around lv.15. Hope it helps!

Route 102, and fish with superrod or a great rod.
