fossil?
Okay I got the claw fossil and I went to go get the root fossil so I went to fallabor city and the tunnel wasn't complete how do you get him to complete the tunnel?

You have to beat the Elite Four and receive the National Dex, because the tunnel has Ditto.

You must defeat the elite four and get the national dex. Then fly to fallarbor town and go to the fossil maniacs house. Go through the tunnel and at the end is a ladder go down it and make you way left at the end of the cave will be the fossil that faded into the sand

Beat the elite four and champion , get the national dex and prepare to get dittos and the other fossil

You must be a champion first. After, go to the Fossil Maniac House. And go to the tunnel. Here, just follow the road until the end. In the end there is the other one fossil that you don't choose in Mirage Tower.
