You can trade. Or maybe you could get them at the fossil guy's house.

After you beat the Elite Four they can be found in the Desert Underpass. You can find the entrance on route 115, left of Fallarbor town in the Fossil Guy's house. They're unbelievably common, so you shouldn't have too much trouble.
