Second:where is the lady who swaps
For secret base stuf.
And last when I try to put desks
And stuff,flowers,chairs,posters,
It dosent let me

1. You make a secret base in emerald you have to teach a Pokemon secert power and look for funny looking trees,big curke bush or ahole in a wall.
2.The Person is in the Pokemon Center by the 3rd Gym.

AT route 111 theres a guy in a red suit and yellow hair.talk to him and he will give you a TM .Give it to one of your Pokemon.go to the big tree above him.press A (or your selecting button) and your Pokemon has this secret move thing.
