How do we catch latios ( the blue one) when we beat the Pokemon league... Any answer greatly appreciated

You have to watch the TV downstairs in your house, and tell Mom you saw the blue one. It will appear randomly in the whole region, but you can find it's current location on your pokedex. If you fly anywhere, it will change it's location, so you need to surf or walk to it's location. Tip: using sweet scent greatly increases the chances of finding it.
