Vasco answered:

Gameshark is a cheating device very well known and used. With it, you can use any gameshark cheat/code you find posted here, or in any other site. It basically can let you access anything. For example, by simply inserting 5 digits, like G5M99F, you can catch a rare Pokemon, or item. Anything you want. It's relatively cheap, you can find it on most gaming stores or order it from sites like ebay.

Hope I've cleared the doubt ;)

Darkness Master answered:

What it means is you have to enter a special code into a rare cheat device called game shark to get loads of advantages like lv. 100 pokemon
Get 5000. Experience points free Pokemon in daycare level up to lv 100 and hundreds more but gamesharks are getting rare now because of action replay thats easier to use.

*hope this helps*
