Yes there is. 1st place is the Trick Master's house when you go past his maze the 1st time b ut sorry only 1. Or make use of Zigzagoon's pickup ability. I even picked up a King's Rock that way but beware, it takes hectically long in one single area.

The Pokemon with pickup is your best bet or you can have just 1 and clone it

Pokemon with pickup at level 40. They pick up eithers too.
