Pikachu and pokenav
Hello I was just wondering what is and/or if is the best time to evolve pikachu does it learn any moves only as a pikichu??? And also on the pokenav match call what does if mean if there is a flashing square that kinda looks like a pokeball but square next to a persons name????? Thankyou for answering my questions I really appreshiate it!!!!!!

The best level to evolve pickachu is at or above level 41 because it learns thunder at level 41 and as a raichu it doesent learn any moves at all but it has better stats as a raichu and the pokeball flashing square means that the person wants to battle you again

You shold level up pikachu so it can learn good move and the ball mean they want to fight agian (beware stronger than before)

You should teach catch a female pikachu and give it a light ball then breed it with a male pikachu and you will get a pichu with VOLT TACKLE after that make pichus happieness full and evolve it before level 26 after that pikachu will learn THUNDER BOLT in level 26 later on teach pikachu THUNDER at level 41.later teach pikacu brick breack and evolve it in ti raichu
