All you have to do is beat the Elite 4 then wait for a news on T.V. To come out / wene the reporter says the berry master will come in this many days (could be up to 4 days) After those days came he will be at the Contest in Lilycove City were that old man was at ( the Berry Master Will be a old man) and man pepole will be looking at him on the right top corner.

Keep watching TVs until it says ' the berry master will come in ___ days'
Go 2 contest hall in lilycove after ___ days he will be in top right corner

Defeat the Elite Four, and then keep an eye on the TV. It should tell you the date the Berry Master is coming. Then, go to the contest hall in Lilycove, and shall see him.

Beat the elite four and check the TV every 24 hours and make sure to check it everyday so when he comes you will use all your good saved berries because he has all direct hits which reallyy maxes out the pokeblock level
