Have you don't the gym battle and gone left out side off theo town talk to everybody in evry house and you will go further the magma cave go to mauville go to then mountain and go left before the cable car

To get out of mauville city go in the house right of the mart and get rock smash and beat the gym leader and break the rocks north of mauville
