To get to Flannery you must go to the top of Mt. Chimney and come down to Lavaridge Town then go to the gym.

To get to flannery go to the top of mount chimney via the cable car, and down jagged pass to lavaridge town, go to the gym in the south west corner of the town and keep taking every hole possible until you get to her
